F.A.Q.’s

What are the game times going to be? 

          The exact schedule will be posted by Wednesday Dec. 3^rd, however the three youngest divisions (u-6, u-8, and u-10) along with the adult co-ed division will play in the morning to early afternoon.  The u-12 and HS co-ed division will start in the afternoon and play into the early evening.

What if I can’t make all the games?

          You must still be listed on the roster, and a player may play in your place for the game you miss as long as they are not on another team and they have a waiver turned in with your team at check-in. Only 5 players can be eligible to play any given game.

When do we officially check-in and what do we have to provide? 

          Check in will be the Friday before the tournament from 5 pm to 7 pm at Meyer Park outside the Club House on the north side of Cypresswood Dr.  You must have all waivers completely filled out as well as all copies.  You do not have to have all of your copies of either player cards or Birth Certificates at check in.  However, if a tournament official asks you to produce them on the day of the tournament and you can not provide them your team will be disqualified.  Late Check in will be 7:15-7:45 am the next day.  If your team does not show for either check in then it is disqualified from the tournament.

How many games will my team be playing?

Your team will be able to play three games barring weather or disasters.  Champions will either be determined by pool play or play-offs, depending the number of teams entered for each division.
